A graduate of Villanova University, Lisa and her husband founded Graham Media Partners in 2014. Growing up with an entrepreneur father, Lisa always dreamed of owning her own company, and she pursued a career path to help her fulfill that dream. She has worked at well-known regional and national companies like SAP, WebMD, and SEI, supporting their marketing efforts, and she honed her skills in a fast-paced agency environment. Backed by a strong record of success, a growing base of clients, and the desire to take a chance, Graham Media Partners came to life.
As CEO of the company, Lisa plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of work, as well as growing the company in line with her vision for the future. She takes great pride in her team’s ability to meet the needs of their clients while prioritizing relationships, creativity, and work-life balance.
Lisa is a member of many local networking groups, including The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, Wayne Business Association, WCXO, POWER, and PACT, where she enjoys meeting other professionals, entrepreneurs, and partners.
Steve Graham Jr. learned the value of entrepreneurship at a young age by working in his father’s local restaurants. Upon graduating from Cornell University in 2007, Steve spent five years running high-end restaurants and nightlife venues in New York City and Philadelphia, responsible for all operations, promotions and strategic partnerships, and social media marketing.
In addition to his hospitality experience, Steve has over three years of experience working with technology companies ranging from startups such as PeopleLinx and Relay Network to the global company SAP in Newtown Square, responsible for business development, streamlining sales processes, integrating sales and marketing programs, and other operational duties.
Steve’s specialty while at the startups was to grow the businesses and gain traction in the market place. Being a very early employee, he started at businesses with very minimal recognition in the market, and helped successfully grow these businesses to well-known, funded companies.
Sarah is a marketing and communications professional with 10+ years industry experience, having worked both in-house and in agency environments for B2B and B2C clients ranging in industries from healthcare, to IT, to travel and leisure. Sarah’s passions include writing, communication strategy, and account management. She enjoys combining traditional tactics with contemporary digital tactics in order to find what works, ultimately producing repeatable results that have an impact on the business as a whole.
Sarah graduated with a B.A. in both Media Studies & Communications and Spanish from Ursinus College. She graduated with a M.A. in Public Communications from American University, and she has been a member of Phi Beta Kappa since 2007.
Rachel is a content marketing professional with 10+ years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. She has worked in both the B2B and B2C worlds, and particularly enjoys working in highly specialized industries including healthcare technology, enterprise software, and the logistics industry.
Rachel is passionate about copywriting, social media content, and effective marketing project management. Rachel earned a B.A. in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
Susan is a creative marketing professional with a passion for developing and executing integrated campaigns. Her strengths include copywriting, digital branded content, sales proposals, social media, and event marketing.
Prior to joining Graham Media Partners, Susan spent more than five years working for Philadelphia magazine’s integrated marketing and events team, where she managed key advertising categories including healthcare, food and beverage, travel, wedding, and home. Susan contributed to the magazine’s B2B and B2C marketing efforts by providing internal sales executives, regional clients, and national brands with successful marketing tools targeted to specific audiences.
Susan is a native of Chester County and graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in English.
Addison is Graham Media Partners’ in-house Design Associate. Addison is a graduate of the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design.
Addison’s areas of focus include online and print materials, brand identity, animation (including animated videos), creative concept generation, and photography. Since joining GMP, Addison has worked on nearly all of our clients, spanning different industries including healthcare, technology, and retail.
Chad is an accomplished entrepreneur. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Symmetrical Group (comprised of Symmetrical Advisory and Symmetrical Investments), he has been involved in over 100 successful M&A transactions and has secured notable leadership roles in professional associations, privately-held boards, and civic organizations. Under his leadership, the firm has purchased an unprecedented 17 companies over the last five years.
As one of the most networked young professionals in the Philadelphia region, Chad created a pull-based platform at Symmetrical that secures opportunities through an institutionalized market-maker program with trusted advisors and contemporaries (including wealth management firms, law firms, accounting firms, etc.).
Through his own work and his work at Symmetrical, Chad has become deeply involved in our regional economy. He has ownership in or sits on the Board of numerous privately-held companies.
Chad graduated from West Chester University with a BS in Liberal Studies and a dual minor in Professional Education and Health Sciences. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), a certification awarded through a partnership with both the Alliance of Merger and Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA) and Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
